Chair of Trust Welcome

As Chair of Bridge Schools Trust, I am proud to be part of an organisation that places children at the heart of every decision we make. Our purpose is simple: to ensure every child in every one of our schools thrives - both academically and socially.

Our governance model is built on transparency, collaboration, and a shared belief that excellence is achievable for all.Effective oversight, clear strategic direction, and accountability create the conditions in which leaders can lead, teachers can teach, and children can flourish.

Working together we have seen the impact of this approach. By keeping children first in every conversation and every decision, the Trust has successfully strengthened the quality of education across our family of schools, supporting many to improve their Ofsted grades. It has also enabled us to secure 3.5 million of capital funding, allowing us to improve school buildings, enhance learning environments, and invest in facilities that inspire both staff and pupils. And importantly, it has led to improvements in outcomes for our children.

Bridge Schools Trust is a community built on shared values, strong governance, and a relentless focus on children. I am honoured to lead the Trust Board as we continue this journey of improvement, ambition, and opportunity for every child we serve.
