Apprentice Teaching Assistant

At Looe Primary, we are seeking to appoint an apprentice TA to support our vibrant, welcoming school. Initially the position will be based in our Reception class but you should be prepared to work across different year groups as appropriate.

Teaching Assistant with SEN Support
Location: St Cleer Primary Academy

St Cleer are looking for a Teaching Assistant with SEN support.
We are a supportive team looking for a candidate with an approachable and professional approach as well as an enthusiasm for supporting children with complex additional needs.
Our children are dynamic and uphold the school values in their learning together.

Experience in working with SEN children with complex additional needs, Read Write Inc (or other phonics programmes), First Aid are desirable but not essential.
A holistic approach and an understanding of attachment and childhood development are also desirable.
Working hours that will be considered for this post are part time/full time ranging from 15-26.25hours.
Hours: 15-26.25 per week
Working Weeks: 38 per year
Paid Weeks: 43.699 per year
Rate of Pay: 12.29 per hour
