We are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team and help make a positive impact on the learning and development of our wonderful children.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities that foster a love of learning.
Support children with their individual needs, helping them to participate fully in class.
Contribute to a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
Provide 1:1 or small group support to enhance childrens development.
Encourage and support childrens social and emotional growth as well as academic progress.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
Experience working in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is advantageous.
Knowledge of phonics and experience in teaching it is desirable but not essential.
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

3 days per week Nursery Worker:
Role includes supervising play, supporting learning through activities, ensuring children's safety and well-being, and promoting social and emotional development.
You will assist with feeding, toileting, and hygiene, while also observing and recording children's progress.
We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, working closely with parents and colleagues to create a nurturing, stimulating environment.
Strong communication, patience, and creativity are key skills in this rewarding role supporting early childhood development.
