Achievement through Teaching and Learning.

How do we secure the best outcomes for children? Great leadership. It’s critical to success and at the heart of our work.

Improved opportunities. Increased attainment. Accelerated progress. With the support of our Chief Executive and central team, our senior leaders work together, empowered and encouraged to use the expertise and best practice we have in our community to grow their own approach and skills in a way that’s right for their school.

Through the bonds we’ve forged with our external academy improvement partners, we can also act quickly and effectively to galvanise capability and boost capacity wherever it’s called for.

From drawing on the experience of our Board of Trustees, to running a thorough needs analysis when an academy joins us, we create bespoke approaches for each school, setting each academy up to succeed.

Our Achievements

  • Our schools improvement record shines bright. Since we started, all the schools have benefitted from working together to face challenges, the work of the trust has helped all 14 schools in their impact on children and families as well as their Ofsted grades. We anticipate the one remaining school will achieve GOOD at its next inspection.
  • Children are born learners. We tap into that to make sure school is a place they love to be.
  • Supporting improvement in every Bridge School by an experienced executive team that has achieved Ofsted grade improvements in previous roles.
  • Enabling schools to put learning first through access to a network of independent external advisors.
  • Harnessing the power of working together through joint training, shared ideas and experiences, creating impactful professional development.
  • Helping our schools access millions in additional funding, from renovated buildings to delivering the latest IT equipment.
  • Bringing expert support in HR, IT, project management and accountancy to schools, that’s delivered up-to-date equipment and savings across the Trust.
